Abstract (EN)
Firstly we give some basic definations as Euclid norm, spectral norm, Kronecker product and Hadamard product. Also some impotrant inequalities are given about them. Then, we define briefly circulant matrix and give its some important properties. We describe Jacobsthal, Jacobsthal Lucas sequences and give some important identities. After that we define a generalization of these sequences, by using the variable , called k-Jacobsthal and k-Jacobsthal Lucas sequences. Then, we find the sum of the first n terms of Jacobsthal, Jacobsthal Lucas numbers by using different number sequences. In the end we find out upper and lower bounds of the norms for the circulant matrix with Jacobsthal, Jacobsthal Lucas numbers and k-Jacobsthal and k-Jacobsthal Lucas sequences. Keywords: Jacobsthal, Jacobsthal Lucas sequences, Binet formulas, Circulant Matrices, Norm.
