Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study was to investigate examination of the effects of in-season block training periodization on internal and external load ratios in training and competition conditions in elite young soccer players. Fifteen young male soccer players (17.6 ± 0.95 years), height 166.91 ± 44.58cm, body weight 71.60 ± 9.15kg, body fat percentage 14.72 ± 2.65, training age 8.86 ± 1.40 years) voluntarily participated in the study. "Yoyo Intermittent Recovery Level 1 Test, 10m, 20m, 30m and 40m sprint test, Arrowhead agility test, repeated sprint test" were performed to determine the endurance performance of the athletes. In order to determine the training and competition performance of the athletes, time-dependent movement analysis of the athletes were recorded with GPS sport Evo. Within the scope of time-dependent movement analysis, total distance, total load, player load per minute, maximum heart rate, maximum speed, moderate intensity running distance, moderate intensity running number, high intensity running distance, high intensity running number, sprint total distance, sprint total number, deceleration and acceleration variables were evaluated. In this study, Shapiro-Wilk normality test was performed for continuous variables. Analysis of Variance in Repeated Trials, Sıdak Multiple Comparison Test and Dependent Sample t Test were applied for normally distributed variables and shown as mean±standard deviation. For variables that did not show normal distribution, Friedman's S Test, Dunn-Bonferroni Multiple Comparison Test and Wilcoxon's T Test were applied and presented as median (25%-75%) percentiles. The statistical significance level was taken as p<0.05. IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, Illinois) program was used for statistics. According to the results of the statistical analysis, statistically significant differences were found between the results of the variables analyzed in performance tests, training and competition (p<0.05).
