Abstract (EN)

The success and survival of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia is influenced by several factors. SMEs that can manage these factors well have a better chance to succeed and survive in the fierce market competition. This research aims to identify the factors that affect the success and survival of small and medium enterprises in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative and the sample size in this study is 97 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in the study are classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity and variance), multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test (t test and F test) and coefficient of determination test. The results of the research show that Lean management has no impact on business success, Knowledge management has an impact on business success, Quality management and Knowledge have an impact on business survival, and Lean management, Knowledge management and Quality management simultaneously have an impact on business success.
