However, during this period when the Andalusian Umayyad state began to decline, a group of Muslim sailors established a small emirate in Fraxinetum and did considerable work in Southern France. Finally, Muslims who lost their power in both southern France and Spain began to be exiled. Moriscos, who immigrated to France by land from Spain, did not find what they hoped for in France, so they asked for help from the Ottoman state. With the initiative of the Ottoman state, Moriscos living in France were able to migrate to different places safely. But it is a pity that in Andalusia, where they achieved great success, Muslims have become refugees and have been subjected to many persecutions.
