Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, the automatic control based on the production is the cornerstone of modern industry. With the developing technology, companies need to manufacture the higher quality and more economical. In this context, it is increasing the need for expert systems used in industrial automation and robots. For the sizing of end product, product is stopping that aligned with using docking method and after the cutting process the products flow from behind in too many factories that mass produce still. In this way it is clear that the production brings how much harm from the point of time and cost. However observed that used linear scissors applications still do not have technical base and they have many deficiencies with regard to software and electronic control hardware. There are two main prevenient issues on currently used lienar scissors applications in industry. These are, failure rate of produced product length being high and number of produced product in unit of time being low. In this study survey was done for these two main issues and the algorithm was improved to cut the moving stuffs automatically and controlledly in needed dimensions with least failure. A programmed machine application was tested in factory and seen that number of produced product in unit of time being double with +/- 0.2 mm accuracy.
