Abstract (EN)

In the experimental studies; it is examined that treatment capacity of Membran Bioreactor (MBR) System and Aspergillus Versicolor and Rhizopus Arrhizuss mixed fungal biomasses on the waste waters of the textile industry and metal coating industry. According to experimental results; decolorization was found between % 54.8 - %70.7 and the removal efficiency of COD was found between %72.5 - %89.6. Raw waste water received from a metal coating plant operating in the Bilecik 1. Organized Industrial Zone was treated in the Membrane Bioreactor System and it was observed that Cr+6 reduced to Cr+3 in the ratio of % 61.32. It was concluded that due to the 2-3 pH range of MBR systems Cr + 6 which is reduced and mixed cultures are ineffective. In the second phase of this study; the industrial wastewater resulting from the production process of factories operating in Bilecik 1. Organized Industrial Zone held in 6-month treatment efficiency in the Bilecik 1.Organized Industrial Zone Biological Activated Sludge System were investigated. According to the results discussed; Biological treatment of the wastewater treatment system in which the physical and chemical treatment systems have been foreseen prior to biological treatment can be converted to MBR system. Key Words: Membrane bioreactor; industrial wastewater treatment; biological treatment; rhizopus arrhizuss; aspergillus versicolor.
