Abstract (EN)

With the development of technology from past to present, the importance of material knowledge has increased and studies in the field of material development have continued to increase dynamically. At this point, nanoscale production has gained importance with the developing technology. The shrinkage of the components made it necessary to reduce the structure that provides the connection between the systems to the nanoscale. At this point, the conductive wires that connect different systems to each other have gained great importance, and the production of conductive wires by developing them in nano size has also attracted the attention of researchers. The developed nanowires are used in areas such as smart phones, computers, tablets, smart home systems used by almost every individual in today's conditions. V2O5 (vanadium pentoxide) is preferred due to its crystallographic structure, physical and electrochemical properties in nanowire production. Within the scope of this thesis, it is aimed to perform characterization tests of V2O5 nanowire structures produced by hydrothermal method using XRD and SEM analysis methods, and to arrange some deviations between the calculated and measured results between the peaks in the obtained XRD pattern by using the Rietveld Method. In this way, it is aimed to investigate the presence of an orientation or stress in the crystallographic structure. Thus, an innovative research and development that sheds light on the literature is aimed.
