Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the importance of the continuity of energy supply and distribution of users and electricity providers has been emphasized. The continuity and quality of the energy supply were examined and the conditions under which these people were not provided were detailed. Formulas regarding compensation and other payments for which electricity generation will be responsible if energy supply is not provided are included. It is stated that the interruptions that ensure the continuity of the energy supply in the electricity network and the effects of these interruptions on the network. Alternative energy supply sources should be established in order to reduce the interruptions and deteriorations in the electricity network. Alternative energy supply resources investments and network operations are mentioned. It is necessary to calculate and decide on the investments made, the continuity of the energy supply, the quality of the failure, and the compensation costs incurred. Dicle Electricity Distribution Inc. determined as the method. The distribution network of Şırnak Province Cizre district, which is under the responsibility of (DEDAS), has been discussed. It has been analyzed how the F13 Kuştepe and F14 Cizre-1 Ring Networks in Cizre district provide energy supply. The cost of this installed ring network was calculated and compared with the situation when the network was not installed. In this case, the penalty amounts that the distribution company will face were calculated and the cost-benefit analysis of the investment was made
