It was also aimed to investigate the relationships among burnout, quality of work life and perception of life satisfaction. According to the results of the research gathered from 198 care staff; the variables of gender, age, marital status, educational status, having children, tenure, daily working hours and working unit were found to be factors that did not cause difference in burnout, quality of work life and life satisfaction of employees. On the other hand, it was determined that the employees' intention of turnover is a factor that causes difference in burnout, quality of work life and life satisfaction, in-service training is a factor that causes difference in burnout and quality of work life except life satisfaction. Related to these findings, it was determined that there is a negative relationship between burnout level of employees and quality of work life and life satisfaction, and also there is a positive relationship between quality of work life and life satisfaction perception.
