Çorum knowledge management strategies in the context of intellectual capital management and institutions of education practice center

In the globalized world the importance of intellectual capital is increasing. Education organization are the places where the most intense intellectual capital exists and where the management strategies of information is used depending on the intellectual capital. To what extent the manager of national education institution know and in coraporates with his / her institution. Information that becomes a part of institution makes the institution a learning institution. When we set out to say the management of intellectual capital is the study of knowledge management knowledge management strategies for understanding how managers in using the national education successful. The main topic is knowledge management strategies and the foursub-categories at it are use of information, sharing of information and knowledge mapping were discussed. Then these four factors, were investigated in terms of graduation fields, the gender, age, mission, management seniority, work, corporate types and branches .This study is conducted in order to investigate to what extent the managers of national education institution use the information manament stagiest. The study population and the center of Çorum Provincial Directorate of Education on the elementary and high school principal, deputy principal and consists of manager. 203 managers participated in the study. In the study as a data collection tool Likert-type scale, which is an Information management strategies scale, is used.
