Abstract (EN)
The increasing population and developing technology have brought about the need for energy today. As high efficiency is important in obtaining energy, it is also important that energy is renewable and clean. Solar energy can be classified as inexhaustible energy compared to world life. It is also a low cost and environmentally friendly energy source. Solar cells are structures that have been very popular recently in obtaining energy. In this study, various solar cell devices have been produced using organic polymer, 2-aminofluorene (polyaminofluoren (PAF)). Enzymatic and chemical polymerization of poly (2-aminofluorene) was provided. PAF / MWCNT composites were prepared by adding different ratios of MWCNT to PAF polymers obtained with different synthesis methods and 6 different materials were obtained. These materials have been dissolved in various solvents. HOMO and LUMO values were obtained from the voltagram values obtained by performing cyclic voltammetry analysis. Absorption graphics were obtained by performing UV-Vis analysis. Excitation and emission measurements were studied on a fluorescent spectrophotometer. In the production of solar cell devices, PAF was used in the active layer. SEM, DSC, XRD, IRD and TG-DTA analyzes of the devices were determined and their efficiency was determined.
