Investigation of cyber bullying in terms of human values in adolescents (sample of Kocaeli̇)

The aim of this study is to investigate cyber bullying in terms of human values.This descriptive study employs a correlational survey design. The sample of the study involves 160 high school students randomly selected from 4 different high schools in İzmit, Kocaeli. Personal information form, cyber bullying scale and human values scale was used as data collection tools. According to the findings obtained from the study, a high negative correlation was found between human values and cyber bullying. There was no significant difference between the cyber bullying scores of the students and gender, whether there was internet at home and daily internet usage. While there is no significant difference between the human values of the students and gender, whether there is internet at home and daily internet usage variables; There was a significant relationship between school type and human values.
