Özet (EN)

2.ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to evaluate embryonic development in male infertile patients. Patients who were treated at Avrupa Şafak Hospital IVF Center and underwent IVF / ICSI were included in the study. In the study, 1908 cases with a difference of 1501 on 15 mil/mL and 407 to 157 mil/mL, which were different in terms of sperm concentration, were evaluated for basal parameters and embryo development and pregnancies. The couples were divided into 2 groups according to their sperm count (group 1> 15mil/ mL, in group 2 <15 mil/mL) and were evaluated accordingly. Pre-cyclic basal hormone levels, gonadotropin dose used, ovulation induction time and HCG day E2 values, mean age of the couples were not different between the groups. The total number of oocytes and immature oocytes were significantly different in the second group. However, M2 oocyte count and 2PN zygote number were similar. The number of Blastocysts in embryo development and early division evaluation were found to be low in patients with sperm concentration less than 15 mil/ml. The number of dividing embryos was similar in each group. Sperm parameters, concentration, motility and normal morphology were lower in the second group. Pregnancy rates were higher in the first group. Key words: infertility, male infertility, ICSI, embryo development
