Abstract (EN)
The relationship between masculinity and power is one of the most controversial issues in the fields of gender and especially fascism. This study examines the relationship between masculinity and power in fascism and its influence on social life in the Nazi period. It seems that this relationship is reflected by the ideological devices used in the shaping of the society, the practices of daily life, the roles attributed to women and men in the private and public realms. With using theoretical perspective; masculinity, power, fascism, the Nazi period, and the correlation between masculinity and power, youth and motherhood issues were explained. This review was supported by posters used during the Nazi rule of 1933-1945 and was exemplified by the discourses used at that time.
