Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out in Erzurum to create an infrastructure for the improvement of winter forage pea (Pisum sativum ssp. arvense L.) varieties. The research was conducted in Erzurum during the 2015-2016 winter crop growing season. Field study was established under Augmented Experimental Design using 20 lines and 5 control varieties obtained from different sources. The winter resistance rates, dry matter and seed yields and some properties of forage pea genotypes have been examined. The obtained data can be summarized as follows. In the study, forage pea genotypes had a winter resistance rate of 10-88%, Ozkaynak variety has the highest value. No significant difference was found between the flowering times and maturity times of the genotypes. The varieties used in the experiment were superior to the lines in terms of dry matter yield, biological yield, stem yield and seed yield. Taşkent variety in the yield of dry matter, biological yield and seed yield, and Kirazlı variety in the yield of straw were the first order. In the harvest index, Çiğdemlik-1/1 line had the highest value with 51.2%.
