Abstract (EN)

The fact that everything that has happened in the universe is created by God reveals that there is a relationship between God and the universe. Since the influence of God on the universe is possible through His actions, in the history of kalam, this relationship has been more expressed in God's attributes of action. This study aims to reveal the understanding of God's attributes of action of the Ashʻari mazhab. In this research, firstly, concepts such as "name (ism), named (musamma), naming (tasmiyah), attribute (fi'l) and described (mavsuf)" were explained and the understanding of divine the attributes was discussed based on the views of the kalam mazhabs about these concepts. Afterwards, the views of the Ashʻari mazhab on the divine actions were examined. In this context, the conception of the divine essence, His attributes and the relationship of these attributes with God's actions were included. Eventually, the act of creation which has a significant role in explaining the relationship between God and the universe, and other issues related to this action were scrutinized.
