Abstract (EN)

The classification of living things came to the fore in recent years, phylogenetic studies. Specific genes and proteins in order to clarify this relationship by accepting the evolutionary changes in evolutionary chronometers tried to be measured. This is the most common of the ribosomal RNAs of chronometers. In eukaryotes, sequencing studies, functionally similar, but slightly more focused on the large 18S molecule.Triops cancriformis material of this study in the literature were related to 18S ribosomal RNA gene, but the two studies are incomplete. The 18S rRNA gene sequencing of the gene was obtained as a result of this study was determined. Gene bank of T. cancriformis 18S rRNA gene sequence data and compared the species T. cancriformis that type, read a sample of the 650 series 81% of the alkalinity, the alkalinity in the other example of the 480 series were found to be similar to the 78%. The 18S rRNA gene, because the difference is the length of 1800 bp nucleotide sequence of this study is to determine only a certain number. 18S rRNA gene sequence analysis compared results are highly protected. According to the data generated from the strong similarity between the phylogenetic trees, phylogenetic kinship therefore be drawn between types of families.
