The Democratic Party power on Eskisehir press (1950-1960)

İn 1950-1960 years DP goverment leaving much marks on turkish political life was researced in a limited way as locality meaning ,besides researced in a general way.ın that study DP goverment 's position and perception by folk (people)in eskişehir was researced with the aid of Eskişehir press.Democrat Party's promise of the being democratic provided most of the majority in Eskisehir. Although the oppression application during uncontested party term. In this majority also ,Eskisehir press took part in 1950. There was sympathetic manner to DP on Eskisehir press. Eskisehir press was only supporting as a whole Democrat Party.The first argument took part in because of offical advertisement.apart from this, there were another difficulties for instance, there were not proof right, sue journalist, giving paper under circulation of a newspaper and such as making difficult being journalist. These decision were difficulties of the Eskisehir opposing press. In contrast to all these, the press which was supporting the power was not living these problems.DP had started to lose its power since 1957. This situation made it more harsh. When the time was 1960 investigation commission was established and from now onin Eskisehir, cencorship for opposing journals and closing them became an ordinary situation.Eskisehir press again became a whole and showed against manner to DP.
