Abstract (EN)

In this study it has been purposed to determine species of Calliphoridae (Diptera) and seasonal succession of species on meat baited traps, pitfall traps at Eskisehir province Yunus Emre Campus and pig carcass located 26 km further from city center at Sulu Kara Ağaç village starting from November 2011. In this scope during one year egg, maggot, pupa and adult samples of Calliphoridae family from 12 pig (Sus scrofa L.) carcass which was put in the experiment area and traps has been collected and the species are then identified with identification keys and morphological characters also photographed and illustrated in details at department laboratory. According to acquired informations, seven species have been determined. These identified species are; Calliphora vicina and Calliphora vomitoria from subfamily Calliphorinae, Lucilia sericata and Lucilia illustris from subfamily Lucilinae, Chrysomya albiceps from subfamily Chrysomyinae, Pollenia rudis and Pollenia libialis from subfamily Polleniinae.
