A new approach to soft relation and its application to decision-making problems

This study consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, it is given the introduction part. In the second chapter, the basic concepts of soft set and soft set operations are introduced. After giving an overview of the relation concept on soft sets, soft element and elementary soft set operations are given. In the third chapter, unlike the previous studies, the soft relation is defined based on the concept of soft element. After the basic properties of the soft relations are given, the relationships between the soft relations and the classical relations are examined and some examples are given. In the fourth chapter, an algorithm is presented to use the soft element and soft relation in decision-making problems and an illustrative example is given using this algorithm.
