Ethical climate and organizatoinal citizenship behavior: The role of modern Ahi order integrity (Case of Bayburt)

The aim of this thesis is to specify the relationship between ethical climate and organizational citizenship behavior, the relationship between ethical climate and modern Ahi Order, the relationship between modern Ahi Order and organizational citizenship and the mediating effect Ahi Order on ethical climate and organizatinal citizenship behavior.In the theoretical section of the thesis the concepts of ethical climate, organizational citizenship behavior and modern Ahi Order are explained conceptually. Empirical studies related to these three variables in the literatüre are examined and based on this, a research model is developed and hypotheses are formulated. In order to analyze the hypotheses data from 491 employees working in the trade and craftsmanship professin in Bayburt province were collected through a questionnaire technique and analyses were conducted using SPSS and AMOS software. Inthe results obtained, it is understood that all variables positively influence each other and have a significant relationship and that modern Ahi Order has a partial mediating effect between ethical climate and organizational citizenship behavior.
