The effect of ethical leadership on organizational justice elements and a research

In this study, the effect of ethical leadership on organizational justice elements was tried to be determined. The study consists of five main parts. In the first part, the conceptual framework of leadership, ethics and ethical leadership is put forward. Leader, leadership definitions and historical evolution of leadership, leadership power sources, leadership behavior and leadership approaches were briefly referred and what ethics are, ethical types and foundations, principles of ethical and unethical behaviors, elements that determine ethical behavior and application areas of ethics were mentioned and definition of ethical leadership, personality traits of ethical leader, ethical and unethical leadership, ethical leader's decision making process were mentioned. In the second chapter, the concept of organization and justice, the theoretical approaches to organizational justice, distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice, the importance of organizational justice, the positive results of organizational justice perception, and the negative consequences of perception of organizational injustice were addressed to the concepts of organizational justice. In the third chapter, the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational justice is examined. Ethical leadership and organizational justice were addressed both in domestic and international academic studies and the results of these studies. In the fourth chapter, the results of the questionnaire survey on the primary, secondary and high school teachers working in Giresun Provincial Directorate of National Education and the analysis of these findings by the SSPS for Windows Statistics Program were mentioned in order to test the hypotheses proposed. In the fifth chapter, the conclusions and recommendations related to this study are given. Key Words: Leadership, Ethics, Ethical Leadership, Organizational Justice
