Abstract (EN)
Utilizing pesticides unconsciously is one of the important factors threatening public health in all over the world. As a result of the studies, it was determined that pesticide residues negatively affect the environment, nature and human health. In order to prevent chronic pesticide exposure, raise the awareness of the farmers alongside we should use fast, reliable and selective analysis methods. In this study, pesticide analysis was carried out in GC-MS-MS in vegetables and fruits by using Ethyl Acetate method which was not applied before and validation uncertainties were calculated for the selected pesticide active substances. Lemon and tomatoes were the most commonly consumed vegetables and fruits and the studies were carried out with these matrices. As a result of the studies, the fact that the calculated measurement uncertainties are at very low levels shows that the sensitivity and selectivity of the analysis method is high. The high selectivity and sensitivity of the analysis method, allows reliable determination of low levels of pesticide residues. The analysis method is reliable and sensitive because of this it provides to give results in a narrow range. Achieving results in a narrow measurement range will have a positive effect on the reduction of chronic exposure.
