Unarguably, the survival of an organized unit depends largely on the regularity of measuring and monitoring its progress. Accordingly, companies have relied on the use various methods developed over time by leading economists to achieve this goal. In the same vein, as long as the goal of the optimal management of a company is linked to its financial performance, policymakers will tend to focus on the efficient production of the financial statements as basis for the measurement of management ratios. The mutation in business management has changed dramatically as the result of changes in the economic, social and legal environment ... and well as spatial. In assisting decision or policy makers to take the make efficient policy, the multi-criteria decision making tools has emerged as a favorable model. The OCRA method, defined as "Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis" was proposed by Parkan for measuring the efficiency of a company. However, the relative productivity of production units is still not well known. This method OCRA was used in assessing the evolution of the performance of FedEx Corporation, as part of the evaluation; we evaluated the extent of the inefficiency of the various segments: FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight. A comparative analysis was made using the evaluation index and operational margins of accounting periods. It appears that the result is perfectly predictable and intuitive on the relationship trend that we can expect between inefficiency under OCRA and operating margin. By comparing these results to operational inefficiency margins, we read a similar pattern in each segment, which is due to the continued increase in maintenance charge and the price of jet.
