Abstract (EN)

Each new-born infant in present conditions wasn't born in same circumstance. Many infants are sometimes given to the under legal protection due to economical conditions of families, medical condition, pressures from the social environment and out of wedlock childbirth. The infants who are under legal protection being raised in best conditions such as nourishment, sheltering, education and health. However, the best options for infant is being raised with their family in warm and emotional environment. Besides the infants who had to grow apart from their children, there are many family or couple who hasn't a kid. Adoption process is a milestone between infants and family/couple who has been searcing for infants to adopt. In our country, only the delivery date of document is taken into consideration as the criterion of ordering in adoption process through institution. Much more criteria should be taken into consideration in the point that offects the development of the individuals and whole life of the in an attempt to array fairly most suitable families. In this study, the criterion of adoption process was determined after negatiations with Bursa Provincial Family Directorate, Labour and Social Services and an integrated knowledge system which includes AHP and TOPSIS has been suggested on the purpose of choosing best family. The proposed knowledge system and the results were evaluated on a case study.
