Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to examine the mutual relationships between spiritual well-being, cognitive emotion regulation strategies and life satisfaction in married individuals. In addition, it was examined whether these variables differed according to demographic characteristics such as gender, age, education level, income status, number of children, employment status and duration of marriage. The study was conducted on 403 married individuals selected with the convenience sampling method. In the study, which was conducted using the relational screening model from quantitative methods, the "Personal Information Form", "Three-Factor Spiritual Well-Being Scale", "Cognitive Emotion Regulation Scale" and "Life Satisfaction Scale" were applied to the participants. The data were analyzed with the Jamovi statistical program. As a result of the study, it was determined that the sub-dimensions of spiritual well-being such as transcendence and harmony with nature showed significant and positive relationships with compatible cognitive emotion regulation strategies and life satisfaction. On the other hand, it was determined that the level of anomie was positively related to maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and negatively related to compatible strategies and life satisfaction.
