Firms implement various managerial technics for effective management of human resources. Therefore, they apply professional HRM perspectives, such as job evaluation, to increase efficiency and rantability in services and production. Because job evaluation provides a firm of evaluating their employees in terms of jobs they do.Factor Point Method of Job Evaluation evaluates organizational jobs but not employees. In the method, jobs are grouped and pointed, and listed according to total point they obtained at the end of the job evaluation. The higher the job has total point, the higher the employee has more responsibility and job qualifications.Therefore, this study has three parts. The first includes information about Job Evaluation Systems. The second part discusses Job Evaluation, Methods, and Importance of Job Evaluation.The third part investigates the application of job evaluation and factor point method at Bozuyuk Eti Gıda Inc. Factor Point Method in the study is based on four major criterias including 14 factors, and the survey has 30 questions and applied to 100 blue-collar workers to observe the impact of job evaluation on attitudes and behaviours of blue-collar workers. Although the study results in that job evaluation has a positive impact on job satisfaction, it does not impact motivation, career, equal behavior and equal wage on attitudes and behaviors blue-collar workers.Keywodrs: Equal Behavior and Equal Wage, Factor Point Method, Motivation, Job Evaluation, Job Satisfaction, Career.
