Abstract (EN)

Thermoplastic elastomers are known for their unique features in various applications. Thermoplastic elastomers can be produced with different molecular weight and morphologies. Whereas the thermoplastic elastomers which possess low molecular weight could be processed easily, plasticizer is required for this process in case of the higher molecular weight thermoplastic elastomers. Plasticizers can be used in different ratios due to the final product which is required to obtain. In this research, electrically conductive polymer composites were produced by using poly[styrene-b-(ethylene-co-butadiene)-b-styrene] polymer as polymer matrix and different carbonaceous fillers such as graphite, reduced graphene oxide, carbon black and carbon nanofiber had been used added plasticizer had been used as matrix with graphite, reduced graphene oxide, carbon black and carbon nanofiber as conductive fillers. Electrically conductive polymer composites were made in film form. Polymer composite films with different filler ratios were produced in this sequence: high shear mixing, solution casting and hot molding, respectively. Electrical and morphological properties were analyzed depending on filler ratio. Effects of filler types and ratios used in polymer composite on electrical conductivity were analysed. As a result, the best electrical conductivity has been observed with carbon nanofiber filler and the results were supported by morphological characterization.
