Abstract (EN)

In this study, The effects of at three different salinity ratios with (17‰, 28‰, 40‰) two different microalgae (Nannochloropsis oculata ve Chlorella sp.) on population increase and biochemical analysis composition of Brachionus plicatilis were determined. The study which was taken in culture conditions having with 17ppt salinity, 28ppt salinity and 40ppt salinity, 27±0.5°C temperature, 7.4±0.5 pH and 8.3-14.6 mg/l O2 in culture conditions was eperimented. In the beginning of the experiments, rotifers were put on as 750 ind. ml, in culture vessels 15 liter for each foods, numbber ofthe individual was determited during 5 days. It was found that maximum individual number in the rotifer culture (2014.88±10.45 ind. ml) at a salinity ratio of 28 ‰ fed with Nannochloropsis oculata. There was no significant difference in the crude fat values of the rotifers between the 6 groups in study (p>0.05). When statistically assessed between groups of crude protein values, it was determined that the difference is significant in some groups (p˂0.05). The highest EPA value was determined in the group fed with Nannochloropsis oculata at a salinity ratio of 17‰. DHA value was found in the group fed with Chlorella sp. at a highest salinity ratio of 40‰. The highest PUFA value was found in the group fed with Chlorella sp. at a salinity ratio of 28‰.
