Abstract (EN)
In this research, includes a detailed study on the performance investigation of solar panels located both on fixed and tracked systems with different tracking strategies. During project time first a PLC based system is designed. Designed system is able to communicate with computer software developed. While tracing the sun, for all tracking strategies important parameters that effect the module efficiency (such as current, voltage and temperature) are measured by the help of convenient sensors located on the modules. Then these parameters are collected and evaluated. By this way both performance of Pv modules and different tracking algorithms are investigated. As a final step energy prediction models are developed, performances of these models are discussed.
