Abstract (EN)
Heating is one of the way that of consumption energy and energy being used for heating has a great percent in total energy consumption. By the way of using isolation materials in buildings; both the lose of heat will decrease and additionally great energy saving will be provided. For isolation so many materials can be used. By the way that reusing of waste materials, make energy consumption and environmental pollution decrease. The main purpose of this study is; to reinstatement to economy, reduce the harmfull effects and invastigate the effect to wall heat conductivity, especially in farm buildings, by the way that adding to plaster mixtures at the given ratios, of the wastes like ground sunflower stalk, sawdust, straw, leaf, plastic and perlite. By adding to these wastes to plaster mixtures preparing with normal (sand), pumice and sand-pumice aggregate at the ratio of 10 % replacement of cement or lime by weight and then the effect of changes in heat conductivity invastigated. The prepared mixtures were applied as iner and outer plaster to 1 x 1 m sized wall specimens preparing with normal wall mortar. 39 of the wall specimens were made of 13 cm thick horizontal perforated bricks and additionally in total 15 of wall had built, per group have 3 specimens, with 2 row spaced pumice blocks, 3 row spaced pumice blocks, gas concrete (ytong), vertical perforated bricks and horizontally perforated bricks. The 3 ones of these 39 wall specimens were plastered with normal plaster, rest 36 were also plastered with plaster having wastes. Rest 15 wall specimens were not plastered. The thermal conductivity values of the wall specimens were determined by using hot box device. Results obtained from this study shows that the majority of the plastered wall specimens prepared by adding various wastes have lower thermal conductivity values than the control group specimens and can be used for thermal insulation in agricultural structures. In all wall samples, the thermal conductivity (λ) values ranged from 0.1636-0.4923 W/mK; The lowest value is obtained from the gas concrete (ytong) wall made without plaster, and the highest value is obtained from the wall made with vertical perforated brick without plaster. The average thermal conductivity for the control group was calculated as 0,4243 W/mK.
