Abstract (EN)
Concrete is one of the materials composing of reinforced concrete system, produced according to the project class based on sizing reinforcement and processing are obliged at standards. Mechanical property such as the compressive and tensile strength of concrete depends on many parameters. Concrete class identification is made according to standard compression test. Compressive strength for concrete is quality of concrete criterion. In this study, 4 pieces at different conditions pouring column changing vibration and curing condition on the effect of compressive strength have been investigated. The scope of the study 40x40x250 cm in size; totally 4 pieces of concrete pouring has been done as a single stage cast which is not implemented vibration and cure, two stage cast and three stage cast which are implemented vibration and cure at construction site conditions and also five stage cast implemented vibration and cure suited to standards. Changes in the level of pouring columns (lower-upper-middle) have examined the effects of compressive strength. 3 pieces at 40x40x25 cm size blocks were cut from the bottom, middle and upper part of columns. For each block 4 pieces, 12 pieces for a column, totally 48 pieces was taken drilling core sample for 4 columns. Destructive and non-destructive experiment was performed on samples. At the result obtained from experiment, at the result of applying vibration and curing increased comprehensive strength but decreasing regional strength was seen at the areas exposed of excessive vibration due to decomposition. It was determined the highest strength on the bottom and the lowest strength on the upper region in all columns. Column of a 28-day standard cylinder according to 100% acceptance of strength values, average core strength values in place was performed in the range of 65-85%. Average core strength has found out strength losing value between 15-35% according to standard cylinder strength at 28 days.
