Management and transaction in different cultures: A comperative research on Turkish employees and foreign executives

The dramatic increase in the number of the companies which have become globalized and operated internationally , administrative style of the managers and their harmony of the cultures affect the situation of the companies constructively , sometimes negatively .While doing business in different countries , managers ` culture might differ from the origin culture and value judgement of the country. Even , some succesful companies have failed in the trade of the foriegn countries since they have highly different administrative style from the origin country.This study has been prepared to search the effects on administrative perception of the managers in different culture. This study consists of three sections:In the first section, culture and cultural differences have been emphasised.How cultural concept has been composed and cultural dimension have been explained.In the second section, the effects of the culture on transaction of business and administrative concept have been mentioned. The effect of the culture on organized structure, team work,conflict and work motivation has been researched.In the third and last section, cultural differences and similitude have been ascertained with the result of analysis and assessment of concerted aspects of cultural mobilityof the administration in different culture . While diong this, qualitative research has been used.
