Abstract (EN)

Light energy is one of the most important factors in agricultural production. The light period in the growth and development of plants affects the three important ecological features of light, the intensity of light and the wavelength of light. Artificial lights are used as a supplement to sunlight with the ever-developing technology or as a light source in indoor environments. The state-of-the-art artificial light source used for this purpose is Light Emitting Diodes (LED). This research was conducted to determine the effect of LED lights on the emergence rates of R. luteum seeds and on seedling development with different colors (Daylight LED, Blue LED, Red LED and Blue LED + Red LED (50% + 50%)). The LED lights were applied to the seeds grown on the acidic peat in foam cups superficially in the form of 16/8 hours (light / dark). The output rates of Daylight, Red LED, Red + Blue LED and Blue LED light were determined as 61%, 45.66%, 43%, 35%, respectively. In the analysis of plant height in study, it was determined that the effect of different light colors on plant height was statistically significant (p <0.01). When the longest plants in the study were examined, data were obtained (10.342 cm, 10.262 cm, 7506 cm, 7.139 cm) in Red + Blue LED, Red LED, Blue LED and Daylight LED respectively. In the findings of diameter measurements of fidelites, it was determined that the effect of different light colors on seedling diameters was statistically significant (p <0.01). When the thickest seedling diameter was examined, the data obtained from Daylight, Blue LED, Red LED, Red + Blue LED were obtained respectively (0.147mm, 0.104mm, 0.085mm, 0.077mm). In the other parameter, the leaf counts were examined and it was determined that the number of leaves in the fidelity was very significant (p <0.01). It has been determined that the maximum number of leaves is (3.547, 2, 1.550, 1.302) in daylight, blue LED, red + blue LED and red LED respectively. As a result, in this study, it was determined that the exit rate and seedling growth parameters in this study were the most affected by exit rate and best seedling growth during daylight application. Although the tallest fidelity tallies in the applications of Red + Blue LED and Red LED, it was determined that the fuselage in this environment is weak and the stem diameters and leaf counts are low.
