Abstract (EN)

In the residential project in Yalova, which was made in this thesis, the concrete at the point of different foundation types and different technical formations was evaluated in its structure consisting of concrete, reinforcement size and current structure, after the structure of different foundation types and different technical formations, concrete, concrete size and prices in the current structure. In building construction, foundation types and remediation techniques are affected by cost orientation. This poor design provides the basis for building construction. Correction of the ground in construction helps the permeability of the ground when training to read and read the thinness of strength in the ground. The effects of the foundation type on the ground to be considered when projecting to belong to the structure. Accordingly, it will be prevented from making designs for earthquakes that are loaded in the ground survey report. In this training, the effects of soil improvement techniques on foundation pile (Front Pile) and different foundation pile (Single, Continuous, Raft) construction equipment were discussed depending on the current product. Benefits and preferences will be mentioned, as there will be practice and style in the interviews to be held in the evaluations. In the evaluation made, it is interpreted in a way that can be evaluated statistically.
