Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the electrical parameters of silicon monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar cell cells were investigated.For this aim, the capacity - voltage (C-V) and conductivity - voltage (G-V) measurements of the solar cell cells were carried out in dark environment.With the help of obtained measurements, the electrical parameters such as barrier height (B), diffusion potential (Vd), carrier density (Na), maximum electric field (Em) and depletion layer width (WD) of both solar cells were determined.The effects of the series resistance on the measurement parameters were extracted and, the energy distribution profiles of the interface states were obtained.The results that obtained were discussed and comparisons were made with each other.
