Abstract (EN)

Energy harvesting is known as an alternative energy recovery method for the ever-increasing energy need. Energy harvesting studies have been intensively studied in recent years to meet the energy needs of small-scale sensors, activators and autonomous vehicles. Energy harvesting is achieved with different types of smart materials. It is one of the material types used in energy harvesting applications in piezoelectric materials. It is known that the displacement on the beams will directly affect the energy harvesting performance. Within the scope of this study, new type beams in auxetic structure were designed in order to increase the energy harvest compared to conventional beams. Structural changes were made in these beams to reveal the auxetic behavior. The displacements of the straight beam structure and the negative Poisson ratio auxetic behavior beams created with different geometries were compared. The greater the deformation in the region of the material to be harvested from piezoelectric materials, the more energy is obtained from the proposed harvesting structure. These theses were carried out in two stages. Firstly, modal analyzes of auxiliary trainings were made with the latest method FEM methods, by modeling them with trained designs (CAD). All types were prepared by laser cutting method by choosing the next material Al 6061. The nails were obtained from the frequencies of all beams with accelerometers from the tests used. It is analyzed with the standard frequencies obtained experimentally and explained with examples. Auxetic discharges have lowered their natural frequency, reducing the stiffness of the projectile. Under static load, auxetic beams have greater displacement, making them suitable for energy harvesting. The beams can be automatically evaluated, made harder and produced, with an average of 80% more than the scores in the greater number of auxetic marks in the displacements of the regions where the piezoelectric patches are attached for energy harvesting.
