Abstract (EN)

This study aims to investigate the relationship between diversity management, organizational commitment, and institutionalization. Research data have been collected from the employees of a participation bank who works in the bank's headquarters. The sample size of the study is 191 people. In line with the purpose of the research, firstly, the effect of diversity management on organizational commitment is explained. Afterward, the role of the perception of the level of institutionalization of the employees in this effect was revealed. It has been concluded that diversity management has a positive effect on the commitment of employees to their organizations, especially in the sub-title of managerial practices and policies, and the perception of institutionalization has a regulatory role in this effect. Accordingly, the perceptions of the employees regarding the level of institutionalization of the organization they are in; play an important role in the impact of the managerial practices and policies of the enterprises on diversity management on employee commitment.
