Abstract (EN)

The concept of diversity management refers to the approach that recognizes the individual differences of the employees in the organization and values the differences and enables them to be used for the purpose of the organization. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between diversity management and knowledge sharing. A sample of the research carried out with the relational screening model within the scope of the general screening model consists of the administrator and teacher working in the state primary and secondary schools under the Ministry of national education in the Unye district of Ordu province. The data set of the study was obtained in line with demographic information, employees' perceptions of differences management, and levels of knowledge sharing. The results were evaluated by t-Test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and Linear Regression Analysis. As a result of the analysis, a significant difference was found between demographic information, gender and professional groups, and the management of differences. There were no significant differences between age, level of education, occupation and executive seniority and management of differences. There was no significant difference between demographics and knowledge sharing only between the implicit information size and managerial seniority groups, while there was no significant difference between the other variables. As a result of the findings, it can be said that there is a moderate and positive relationship between diversity management and knowledge sharing behavior.
