Abstract (EN)

Dexketoprofen which belongs to a non-streoidal anti-inflammatory medicinal group and also can be found in different pharmaceutical forms in the market, is a compound that is used as a muscle relaxant. Aside from being used as an anti-inflammatory, it is also used as an analgesic, anti-pyretic and anti-platelet. In this study, we propose to find a low-cost, fast and reliable analytic methodology for quantity detection of the medicines which are in the form of dexketoprofen pharmaceutical gel. In this experimental study, we used an ultra high performance liquid chromatography technique. For the implemented analysis, we used a Phenomenex® brand, Kinetex® model C18 colomn with 1,3 µm particle diameter and 50x2,1 mm in size. The analysis was completed in 6 minutes, and the compounds were traced with "photodiode array detector" with a setting of 256 nm in wavelength. The implemented methodology is evaluated according to international validation application.
