Moroccan women who came to Turkey as brides from Morocco; The motivations for marriage that were instrumental in their arrival in Alaca, the way they came, whether marriage met their expectations, their cultural alignment, their language learning status, their thoughts on the Turkish family structure, the difficulties they faced and their strategies for adaptation have been made clear by the findings of the discussions. Within the scope of the research, 30 participants, including 15 "i Moroccan 15" Turks, were interviewed in-person and online in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, some comments have been made that will contribute to the field in accordance with the purpose of the thesis. Among them, it is possible to rank the highlights as follows. (1) Moroccan women marry Turkish men in four different ways: through brokers, on the advice of relatives, by introducing friends, and by finding each other online. (2) Moroccan women's main motivations for marrying Turkish men were: the desire to have better living conditions, the hope of ease of access to social mobility, and the idea that they would be more free/comfortable. While there are grounds for "love and affection" for some Moroccan brides, it is generally understood that Moroccan brides' main motivations are economic. (3) The effects of Turkish series are evident in the increasing interest of Moroccan brides in Turkish culture. (4) One of the reasons for preferring Turkey is common religious values. The fact that the strategies Moroccan brides developed specifically to overcome the cohesion issues they experienced are based on similar religious beliefs and cultural codes shows how important the issue is. (5) Moroccan brides seem eager to live in Turkey, even though they have some problems in Alaca.
