Abstract (EN)
Structure of energy bands, density of states(DOS), density of electron, stability of alloy and of Fe-Al, Fe2-Al2, Fe4-Al4 and Fe3-Al1 alloys examined by using Wien2k program. Before having started to study and examine of this work, program was tested for results of TiC and Fe.The results obtained from the test applied to TiC and Fe are shown. That it was appropriate with the results of those encountered in literature. We followed the procedure belong to FeAl structure for supercell Fe-Al, Fe2-Al2, Fe4-Al4 and Fe3-Al1 and basic FeAl. The results taken from this work were compared.Keywords: Structure of bands, Density of states, Density of electron, FeAl alloy, Stability, Wien2k.
