Abstract (EN)
EXAMINING OF MECHANICAL, MAGNETIC AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF Fe BASE ALLOYS Mustafa Menderes ALYÖRÜK Physics Department, M. S. Thesis, 2005 Thesis Supervisor: Asist. Prof. H.Y. OCAK SUMMARY Structure of energy bands, density of states(DOS), density of electron, stability of alloy and elasticity constants of Fe-%9 Mn alloys examined by using Wien2k program. Before having started to study and examine of this work, program was tested for results of TiC and FeAg. The results obtained from the test applied to TiC and FeAg showed. That it was appropriate with the results of those in literature. Process above, that is related to FeMn was tested and applied for austenite phase of I. and IV. kind patterns seperately. The results taken from this work were compared. Keywords: Density of states, Density of electron, Elasticity constants, FeMn alloy, Stability, Structure of bands, Wien2k.
