Since it has a giant economics and it is the capital of globalizing capitalist world and its currency is worldwide most convertible currency, USA have an important economical structure and it takes most of the attention from scientists of economics as a researchment area. Besides being the locale of historical economical events, it has been the locale of researchment and finding the solutions of those events. So, Federal Reserve the central banking system of USA has been the place where many innovations and improvements about economical theory and economical politics appeared. Besides of all these, as its financial sectors and reel sectors are extremely effective, efficient and powerful and its international political power promote USA to gain the ability of affecting other national economies. Here in this study, structure of Federal Reserve and as principles, goals and basics its monetary politics and its tools of monetary politics and how it uses those tools and how it works on monetary politics are examinated.
