Science lessons i̇n ''Light and Sound Release'' the invention by unit effect of procedure by learning attitudes towards science and students academic success

The purpose of this research in Science lessons ''Spread the Light and Sound'' to the academic achievement of students based on learning through discovery of the processing unit and investigate the attitudes towards the course. Research 2014-2015 academic year II. Ağrı was carried out during the 5th graders at a middle school in the district of the province Eleşkirt. Research in Science and Technology through the invention in the course of students' academic achievement and to identify lessons learned with the handling by the attitude of 'quasi-experimental design' is used. According to the invention prepared by the experimental group learning strategies while teaching the lesson activities, teacher-centered in the control group (traditional) teaching by the same teacher. The practice lasted 7 weeks in a total of 28 hours. Including academic achievement test and attitude scale towards science and technology research data was collected by two different measuring tool. The research data using SPSS-22 (Statictical Package for Social Sciences program, Version 22) program with an independent sample t test (indepedent sample t test) and paired-samples t test (paired sample t test) were analyzed. Research; experimental group students who learn by learning strategies in the academic achievement of the students in the experimental group and the control group between academic achievement through the invention has been shown statistically significant difference in favor. The experimental group who studied experimental and control groups according to attitudes towards learning strategies Looking at the course of Science and Technology through the invention has been shown statistically significant difference in favor. From here, the movement in the course of Invention Through Education Strategy in improving student academic achievement and attitude can be said to have a positive impact.
