Abstract (EN)
Investigation of the Relation between Preservice Science Teachers' 21st Century Learner Skills and Learning Formats, Learning Styles and Multiple Intelligence Fields In this study, it was aimed to determine the relation between 21st century learner skills and learning formats, learning styles and multiple intelligence fields of preservice science teachers sampling of the study are third and fourth grade preservice science teachers from Turkey's three different government universities, education faculties, science teacher departments. In the study; "21st century Learner Skills Scale", "Kolb Learning Styles Inventory", and "Multiple Intelligence Inventory" were used as data collection tools. The Data obtained from the scales were analyzed with simple lineer corelation, ANOVA and simple regression analysis. As a result of this study; according to the correlation analysis between 21st century learner skills and learning styles; Autonomous skill has a relation in positive way with "Concrete Experience" and "Abstract Conceptualization" learning styles and it has a relation in negative way with "Reflective Observation" and "Active Experience" learning styles. It is determined that this relation is meaningful statistically. Pre-service science teacher's cognitive skill has a statistically meaningful relation in positive way with "Abstract Copseptualization" learning style and in negative way with "Reflective Observation" learning style. According to the findings, which obtained from simple correlation and simple lineer regression analysis according to 21st century learner skills and multiple intelligence fields. It was determined that there is statistically meaningful relation in positive way between 21st century learner skills and multiple intelligence fields. It was determined that multiple intelligence fields predicts the 21st century learner skills. Having different learning styles for the preservice science teacher can let them to acquire and develop different 21st century learner skills. Developing multiple intelligence fields for the preservice science teachers can let them to acquire and develop 21st century skills.
