Pre-service and in-service science teachers' teaching concerns

The aim of this study is to investigate the concerns of science teachers and prospective teachers who are still working in the Ministry of National Education, what they are affected by and how they change. Science education and training is directly proportional to the development of societies. That's why our teachers, who teach and will do it, are very important officials. It should be ensured that they are aware of their concerns about teaching or that their problems are resolved. That's why our work is aimed at eliminating or reducing the anxiety of science teachers about teaching. When the literature is examined, it has been seen that many studies have been done in the field of science, but it has been seen that there is no study about the concerns of science teachers towards teaching, therefore, it is thought that our study will make an important contribution to the literature. Our study will be carried out with science teachers working in various cities of our country between 2022 and 2023, and science teacher candidates studying at various universities. Data will be collected by presenting the "Teaching Concerns Scale" to all of our accessible teachers and teacher candidates. These data will be analyzed by using descriptive statistical methods and the results will be transferred in our thesis.
