Abstract (EN)
In this work all solid-state phenols sensitive micro biosensors were prepared by polyphenol oxidase immobilization onto surface of all solid-state composite pH sensor. The potentiometric performance characteristics were examined with a computerized measuring system which hardware and software were manifactured in our research laboratuary. All electrodes almost exhibited sensitive responce in linear range (1.10-2 – 1.10-5 mol/L), short responce times (<15 s), long life times (3-4 week). Prepared phenol sensitive biosensors were succesfully applied both potentiometric and UV spectroscopic determination for catechol in black tea sample. Statistical f- test was applied for method sensitivity between potentiometric and spectroscopic datas.
