Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the features of the relationship between intellectual property law and competition law and reveal the touch points of these two disciplines. In the first chapter the general principles of IP law, in the second chapter the general principles of competition law and in the third chapter some spesific situations alongside of the essential relationship between these two disciplines are examined. In the context of the specific situations, the limitations to IP rights with the purpose of protection of competition are mostly examined. Key Words: Intellectual property law, competititon law, the principle of exhaustion, compulsory licence, the doctrine of common origin, standart essential patent, predatory litigation, pay-for-delay.
