Abstract (EN)

With the breakup of the Ottoman Empire, Palestinians gained the right of colonialism, exiling, military occupation and the right of determining their own destiny. And for jewish returning back to their ancestors? land after a tyranny that lasted for hundreds of years, did not bring peace and security. The attempts that have been realized and still being realized to find a solution Palestine-Israel problem, made it even more complex and problematic.In international relations the Arab-Israeli problem and specifically Palestine problem is the most complex issue of 20th century. The Palestine problem turn into an international problem from a regional problem with the cold war after the second half of 20th century. The Palestine problem which became rather a conflict with the settlement of Israel state in the Middle East region, is still a dilemma awaiting to be resolved today.Key Words: Peace Process, Israel, Palestine, Turkey
